Mil Bat Terms & Conditions — Member Rights & Responsibilities

Mil Bat (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming platform operated under the milbat.bet domain. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Mil Bat and its members.

By registering, logging in, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on Mil Bat. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, mobile number, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.

Accurate Information Required

You are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Opening an account with a false name, date of birth, or contact details is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

KYC Verification

Mil Bat may request identity verification documents (e.g., National ID, passport) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Members are solely responsible for the security of their own account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Mil Bat support immediately.
• You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.

By registering, you automatically confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds and winnings.

Mil Bat may request a government-issued ID at any time to verify a member's age. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

A bet is considered accepted only when the system returns a successful confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your wallet. Mil Bat is not liable for any bet that fails to register due to a technical error.

Odds Changes

Odds may change at any time before your bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment are final. In Live Betting, odds update in real time.

Cancelled or Incomplete Matches

If an event is cancelled or suspended before the designated minute, Mil Bat applies the following rules:

• In football, if a match lasts less than 90 minutes, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded.
• In cricket, results determined by the DLS method are considered final.
• If an event does not restart within 48 hours on a new date, the bet will be considered void.
• Previously settled bets will not be re-evaluated unless a clear error is proven.

Deposit

To deposit on Mil Bat, use Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or any other approved payment method. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited instantly.

Withdrawal

Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are only issued to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Standard members: up to 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• VIP / High Roller: within 5–15 minutes.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Mil Bat is actively committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Accounts may be suspended pending investigation if suspicious transactions are detected.

Mil Bat offers a range of promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms, detailed on the relevant promotion page. General rules are outlined below:

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per member.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be suspended and the bonus forfeited.
• Two members of the same household may not use the same bonus simultaneously.
• Bonus offers have a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mil Bat:

If any of the above prohibited activities are found, Mil Bat may suspend or terminate the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.

Mil Bat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• By order of a regulatory authority or court.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Before doing so, please ensure all active bets have been settled and any remaining balance has been withdrawn.
